The best way to contact Eco Earth Candle & Soap Company is often by e-mail. Now that we are gearing up for the next season, we have to draft all hands into production. Because timing is everything when making candles, soaps and our other products, we may not always have anyone exclusively manning the phones which is why we offer our email contact information over a phone call. Our email is monitored usually several times daily. So when phoning, if we are unable to take your call immediately, please understand, we are probably knee deep in wax! Should we not answer your call when you call, be prepared to leave a message along with a number and time when we can return your call. We value your call and will promptly return it. We promise!
