Excluding wholesale and retail custom orders, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it as described in our Return Policy for a replacement. Since our products are made to order, we cannot offer refunds. We provide store credit only in the event of breakage, excluding damage caused by poor handling or by shipping carrier. If product fails to perform to our high standards we will be happy to replace the item in question and provide store credit only.
Ordering Terms: We cannot accept order returns/refunds or cancellations, or make a change in fragrance choices once the process to create the products for your order has begun. This means were we have actually started the pouring process. We can always add to your order, but cannot change or cancel an order once you have paid for your order and the process has begun. So please be sure that when you place your order, it is what you want.
Most orders with the exception of wholesale orders and some specialty candles/products are usually ready to ship within two weeks but we can make no guarantees. Seasonal demands and current customer orders in process may delay the shipping of some orders. For wholesale orders: Please allow a lead time minimum of 3 weeks (or longer for some custom orders) once your order has been placed to allow for pouring/curing/packaging your order. Custom labeling may require a longer period of time to process. We will keep you informed of any delays and advise you when we are ready to ship. Which at such time customer can decide on the shipping method i.e. ground, priority or express mail. Some shipments outside the US must be sent by express mail only. Note: Special fragrances and containers not in stock may need to be ordered and extra time may be required to allow delivery of those fragrances from our suppliers. Customers will be kept informed of any delays with their order. We also elect to send out partial shipments to customers. We will make any reasonable effort to process orders as quick as we can and want to make clear that even though most orders can be processed within two weeks, and often three weeks at times depending on the complexity and size of the order and the time of year. However, we can not make any guarantee for deliver of your order by a certain date, and can only provide an estimated completion time. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled by us, we shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Excluding wholesale and retail custom orders, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it as described in our Return Policy for a replacement. Ordering Terms: We cannot accept order returns/refunds or cancellations, or make a change in fragrance choices once the process to create the products for your order has begun. This means were we have actually started the pouring process. We can always add to your order, but cannot change or cancel an order once you have paid for your order and the process has begun. So please be sure that when you place your order, it is what you want.
Most orders with the exception of wholesale orders and some specialty candles/products are usually ready to ship within two weeks but we can make no guarantees. Seasonal demands and current customer orders in process may delay the shipping of some orders. For wholesale orders: Please allow a lead time minimum of 3 weeks (or longer for some custom orders) once your order has been placed to allow for pouring/curing/packaging your order. Custom labeling may require a longer period of time to process. We will keep you informed of any delays and advise you when we are ready to ship. Which at such time customer can decide on the shipping method i.e. ground, priority or express mail. Some shipments outside the US must be sent by express mail only. Note: Special fragrances and containers not in stock may need to be ordered and extra time may be required to allow delivery of those fragrances from our suppliers. Customers will be kept informed of any delays with their order. We also elect to send out partial shipments to customers. We will make any reasonable effort to process orders as quick as we can and want to make clear that even though most orders can be processed within two weeks, and often three weeks at times depending on the complexity and size of the order and the time of year. However, we can not make any guarantee for deliver of your order by a certain date, and can only provide an estimated completion time. Delivery time is determined by the carrier, and the method of shipping customer has chosen or agreed to pay for. If you need product by a certain date, such as for an upcoming event like weddings, trade shows, etc., please take this into considering and order early! There are some products such as soaps, bath salts and some specialty candles for example that by nature require a longer process/curing time.
