2. You must complete our wholesale form http://www.ecoearthcandles.com/wholesaleinquiries.html , and a Resale tax number is required for our records. Please be sure to provide us with all required information so we do not have to add tax to your order. You must have a resale tax ID on file with us or a completed 1099.
3. Minimum opening orders are $200 ($400 for Private Labeling) all candle orders are poured fresh to order. We do not stockpile our candles like most candle companies do. We guarantee our products to always arrive fresh & fragrant (except where scent free is requested)
4. Coupons, discounts, and special offers (even if offered at checkout) are not valid on wholesale orders, unless expressly stated. If you add any coupons or special offers to a wholesale order, they will be ignored.
5. Although we make every effort not to raise our prices, some things are just out of our control when purchasing the raw natural materials that go into making our products. The ingredients we use are natural, and as a result, some can be very expensive. We will always make every attempt to avoid such increases, and our website will reflect any changes as they occur.
6. Please note, orders can not be processed until orders are paid for. They must be prepaid with a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover), check (check will need to clear our acct before order is shipped), or money order. We also accept PayPal and will be happy to send you an invoice though paypal should you prefer. Your invoice will come from our email address, EcoEarthCandles@gmail.com Please note, to keep our wholesale costs affordable, we do not offer open accounts, C.O.D.s, or billing terms.
7. All candle orders are hand poured after the order has been placed. Once order is placed and we start the pouring process, we can not accept cancellations. If you have made a mistake in ordering please contact us immediately so we can correct the problem before our Artisans begin to fill your order. Most orders are processed and shipped within (14) business days of receipt, and our goal is to always ship sooner if possible. Private labeling/custom orders may take longer since labels must be customized for each type of product ordered. Times may increase slightly during the holiday season (Oct-Dec). Due to the shipping industries fluctuating price changes, shipping will be calculated and charged separately once the entire order has been packaged and is ready to ship. We will advise you as to what the final shipping charges will be. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges as necessary to cover our costs. We will notify you by phone or email if the shipping is more than your order confirmation. Typically when your shipment has to be packaged in more than one box, the shipping will be more than what is on your order confirmation. We ship UPS or USPS, which ever is more cost effective at the time to help you save!
8. All candles are individually hand-poured. As with any handcrafted product, slight variances (especially in color) may occur and are a natural part of the "handmade" process.
9. All products on our website are available at wholesale unless otherwise stated. Some items such as tart burners and other candle accessories not made by Eco Earth Candles may only have volume discount pricing, or special purchasing requirements set by the manufacture of those type of products.
10. Retail price is any price your particular market or geographical area will bear. You may decide to charge more for the candles than what is listed on our retail website. After all, they are a premium handcrafted product, not readily available elsewhere, and we limit the amount of resellers/distributors per large geographical area. You will be one of the few of our distributors in that area, and we can list you on our website as the place to go, for our products in your area.
11. If you need to picture one of our products on our website, please contact us with your request in writing for prior approval before using our photos, etc. You may send your request by email to EcoEarthCandles@gmail.com Please tell us how you would like to use our products, what photos you need and of what product(s). We will contact you with any additional information we need and whether or not your request has been approved. Once approved, please shoot your own photos or we may send you product photos to use. Please do not use the photos we have on our website.
12. Wholesale candle products will bear the Eco Earth name and logo and contact information. We encourage our customers to purchase our candles through our retailers. Those retailers who wish to purchase our products for private labeling such as Spas, Bed & Breakfasts, hotels, and other specialty businesses will be advised of our private labeling requirements.
13. As a retailer of our products, you provide the means to display the candles and accessories. We have kraft/white colored display boxes for votive's, $1.00 each upon request. We also have kraft-colored gift boxes for the jar candles that can be ordered for $.75 each. These items may not be in the shopping cart system but can be requested in the "comments" section at checkout. If you need anything special, do not hesitate to contact us and we will make every attempt to be accommodating. Additional charges for items that are normally not apart of our inventory may apply.
14. Damages: Shortage, defect or non-shipping damage must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery and we will promptly ship a replacement product at our cost. Please report any shipping damage to the carrier. We are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier but will make every attempt to assist you in filing your claim. Please keep all damaged product/shipping boxes until we advise you that you may discard it. We may require photos, or the product returned to us for replacement credit. No product is to be returned without prior authorization, and where we are not at fault for errors, shipping fees may apply. We provide store credit or replacement for returns. If we are at fault, we will resolve the errors at our expense. Any items that are returned that have been damaged as a result of excessive heat, cold, smoking environments, etc., cannot be returned to our shelves and no credit can be applied. We can not accept returns on special order items, custom orders, damaged items or items that have been removed from our packaging materials, or put out for sale. Store/Product credit will be issued for authorized returns within 7 days of the return receipt.
15. Product Consistency: Product Consistency is a priority of the highest order for us. however, features, finish, colors, and properties of our candles may vary from batch to batch. Keep in mind, all of our products are hand poured/made and packaged. Therefore, each piece unique. Some natural waxes such as Beeswax, soy wax, palm wax and bayberry wax may change with the season, weather and crop, and affect the color and appearance of each hand made product. Please report to us any product that does not perform well, or present well, or any unacceptable inconsistency and we will make it right.
16. Wholesale prices are based on discounts off of our retail prices. Our retail prices are subject to change without notice.
17. Wholesale Accounts not active for 12 months may be deleted and the area awarded to the next vendor on our list.
18. Check this agreement periodically for updates and changes. This agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest agreement will be posted on the site, and you should review this agreement prior to using the site.
